1. Defining the project goal
  • You will learn how to formulate SMART goals, brief the customer, conduct Custdev and understand the stages of project implementation
2. Developing the project concept. Part 1. Project boundaries
  • You will formulate the key reasons for launching the project
  • You will learn who the stakeholders are
  • You will understand the boundaries of the project, understand the prototype and the role of end users at the development stage
3. Developing a project concept. Part 2. Motivation in the project
  • You will learn about project milestones, potential risks and problems
  • You will visualize the product’s work after implementation and develop a team communication scheme
4. Calculation of project metrics. Methodology for calculating metrics
  • You will learn about quantitative and qualitative success metrics, learn how to calculate them and model the methodology for determining them
5. Recording project requirements
  • You will learn how to record functional and non-functional requirements, identify hidden volumes of work and customer wishes.
6. Forming a project team
  • You will identify key people in the team, form a working group and build effective communications between the customer, the contractor and the receiver
7. Evaluation and priorities. Project prototype
  • You will learn how to split a project into stages, identify MVPs and prioritize tasks

16. Working on a project after launch
  • You will learn how to use the results of the project to plan new goals
